Getting ready for the holidays and festive season
We are taking orders for our unique, bespoke festive wreaths. During winter and early spring we prepare our wreath bases using grapevine cuttings from local Martinborough vineyards, and prepare them for delivery in December.

At Gravel Road Farmyard we grow things the old-fashioned way – by hand in Martinborough.
We focus on traditional, heirloom and interesting varieties, presented with character and a contemporary edge.
You’re not buying a bouquet of blooms flown in from mass producers around the world.
They come straight from our paddock in Martinborough, Wairarapa. We are grateful to also supplement our bouquets with stems from other Kiwi growers.
What we do
We bring seasonal blooms to you, in tune with our environment. We live with the challenges of growing in the Wairarapa – including the windy springs and the beautiful hot, dry Martinborough summers.
We’re working on regenerative growing, putting back more than we take, to improve the land.
